not make any claims of street legal use of these products that are not intended
for the use on public roads. We are not liable for any injury or death resulting
from the use of any products sold. Motor-racing, aggressive driving, including
driving for any period of time at full throttle and car modifications of any
kind, may reduce the useful life of your car or any of its wearable parts. Any
performance-enhancing modifications made to motor vehicles may result in vehicle
damage. Customer assumes the risks of all such modifications. The products sold
have not been tested or approved by any federal or local governing agency and
are not recommended for street use. Understanding the legal requirements or
legal limitations regarding the use of any product purchased is the sole
responsibility of the user. We are not affiliated with Volkswagen Audi Group or

Return Policy &
General Condition:
Original shipping charges are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be
applied to all returns or refund. All return items must be in new and resalable
condition. All return products will be checked by zmaxautosport.com technicians
to verify.
All return products require a valid RMA number(Return Merchandise Authorization)
issued by zmaxautosport.com. Unauthorized return products will be rejected.
Items returned must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging.
Custom designed or engineered merchandise is NON-RETURNABLE. Return freight and
other shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. No returns will be
accepted after 10 days (no exceptions).
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and risk of loss on returning
back to zmaxautosport.com. zmaxautosport.com recommends to use a reputable
shipping carrier that is capable for proof of delivery and fully insure your
return shipments.
We highly recommend professional installation by an
experienced custom shop. We will not refund any labor charges or installation
fees under any conditions. We will also not offer reimbursement for any damage
acquired during installation or any other use of the products.
Worldwide Orders:
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your
country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior
to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivery shipping company
or when you pick the item up, additional charges you may have to pay.
Privacy Policy:
We collect information about you to process your order and to provide you with
the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you is
the information given by you at the time of ordering. We may use this
information from time to time to contact you in regards to promotional
